How to Request Elevated User Permissions in Amperity

Overview

Completing Amperity training courses (such as Technical Essentials) does not automatically update or elevate user permissions within an Amperity tenant.
All permission changes must be managed internally by users who have the User Administrator policy assigned.

Why Permissions Are Not Automatically Updated

  • Training completion does not trigger permission changes
  • Amperity does not auto-assign elevated access after courses

Permissions can only be updated by a user with User Administrator privileges within the tenant

How to Request Elevated Permissions

Once a User Administrator has been identified:

  • Reach out to that user directly within your organization
  • Clearly specify:
The permissions or policies you need
The work or use cases requiring elevated access

The User Administrator can then update your permissions from the Settings → Users page.
