Overview
Sometimes, pages in Amperity may load very slowly or appear stuck on a spinning Loading screen. This can prevent you from opening or editing Segments, Campaigns, or other areas of the platform.
In many cases, this behavior is related to a browser session issue rather than a platform-wide outage.
Common Symptoms
Pages take a long time to load or never finish loading
Segments or Campaigns list loads, but opening an item stays stuck on “Loading”
Issue improves slightly in an incognito/private window
Multiple users may notice slowness at the same time, but the platform is otherwise operational
Why This Happens
This issue is usually caused by stale browser session data or cached authentication tokens.
Over time, these can interfere with how the browser communicates with Amperity, leading to slow or incomplete page loads.
Solution: Refresh Your Login Session
Refreshing your session clears outdated tokens and often resolves the issue immediately.
Steps
Open the following link in your browser:
https://login.amperity.com/infoClick the red Logout button.
Close the browser tab.
Log back into Amperity normally.
Reopen the page you were trying to access.

If the issue continues:
Try accessing Amperity in an incognito/private browser window
Ensure your browser is up to date
Disable browser extensions temporarily to rule out interference
Expected Result
Pages load normally without getting stuck
Segments and Campaigns open as expected
