Overview
You can easily track the number of records sent from Amperity during each orchestration run. This helps verify that your workflows are sending the expected number of records to their destinations.
Where to Find This Information
You can view record counts directly in Destinations > Recent Activity.
This section shows:
✅ Total rows processed – total number of records sent
✅ Unchanged rows – records that didn’t need updating
✅ Errors encountered – if any rows failed to send
These details make it simple to confirm that your orchestration ran successfully and sent the correct number of records.
Steps to View Record Counts
Go to Destinations in your Amperity tenant.
In the top-right corner, click Recent Activity.
Review the listed runs to see:
The orchestration name
Date and time of each run
Total and unchanged rows
Error information (if applicable)
Summary
Record counts for orchestrations are visible under Destinations > Recent Activity.
This section helps confirm if your workflows sent the correct number of records.
You can also check for any errors or unchanged rows for better visibility into each run.
