If you need access for the first time, you will need to speak with a member of your team who has the User Administrator policy. This person is typically also a Datagrid Administrator or Datagrid Operator. For security reasons, Amperity Support is not able to provide the name or email address of this member of your organization.
If you have previously had access to the Amperity tenant but are now unable to log in, we recommend you try the following in order (it’s good to make notes and/or take screenshots of any errors you receive):
- Visit https://login.amperity.com/info, take a screenshot of what you see there, click on the red “Logout” button, and then log back in.
- Open an incognito/private browser window and attempt to log in to Amperity.
- If you are connected to a VPN, temporarily disconnect from the VPN and try the above two troubleshooting steps again.
- Contact your organization’s Amperity User Administrator and ask that they review your user account for issues.
- Finally, if none of the above are successful, submit a ticket to Amperity Support. Please include a description of the steps you’ve already taken and the results of each step. Attach any relevant screenshots.
